Bishop publishes Pastoral Letter

Bishop Paul Hinder published his Pastoral Letter, titled, "The House was filled with the fragrance of the Oil" for the faithful of the Vicariate. The Pastoral Letter is scheduled to be distributed in all the parishes on April 11, Friday during the Liturgy of Palm Sunday.
